Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer. In those cases, we will communicate any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

Typical delivery windows:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs inspections.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States and select international locations. If your country is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship there at this time.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the carrier directly.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the damaged item so we can assist with a replacement or claim.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We cannot reroute packages once they have shipped. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees.

Pre‑Orders & Backorders

Items marked as pre‑order or backorder will ship once they become available. Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page and in your confirmation email.
